 From this ..........................
 To this..............................

Now to fill it all in!! thats an understatement its going to take a fair bit of soil, and we're looking forward to planting up the new terrace on the front garden.
The arrival of small furry things, four of them in fact, all these little piglets are very well looked after by their mummies and by Grace, and they are very entertaining and make the sweetest little noises....

The kids love to take care of them and give them cuddles and feed them the left over veggies and we get some droppings and hay for the compost bin!

The end of the school holidays and it all went way too quickly, back into the school run and all that jazz today.

School Holiday Fun!

Well first week almost over and it was off to a great start with the weather, the landscapers arrived to start the terrace on the front garden the sun was shining and the diary full of outdoor activities with friends and just for us, then on Wednesday it started raining and we have been dodging the showers, hail stones, thunder and lightening ever since, a warm sunny change is forecast for the start of the second week of the hols so fingers crossed, we can go on those outings we had to postpone.  We did do a few things and took a few pics to show you all.  The garden go as far as 9 x 600mm holes dug that are now 9 deep puddles, lots of fun for the kids plopping pebbles in not sure the workmen will appreciate that on Monday morning though! Here's some pics from the Ettamoagah Oze wildlife park which we love to visit in the holidays, a wombat having a look at us here.....

 which pleased George!
Grace and Ben feeding the Roos
Lachie and George feeding the roos, this was a greedy one
 with friends...
These pics from a trip to Oze Wildlife, where the Roos are very friendly, and hungry!

Matilda very interested in the kangaroos

We had a lovely morning out at the wildlife park
And now for a smaller animal, Graces guinea pig and theres plenty more .....
Aa sunny spot for Matilda to play in the morning

Cheeky with her banana bread (and George has his lego out on the floor, constantly treading on those little pieces of lego).

At last a break in the rain showers and we head of to a brand new park in Albury, we went earlier in the week but with it being 'new', sunny and the school hols it was, as expected, packed and the kids couldn't go on many things, so after 3 days of rain we needed to run around and skip and jump and laugh.....

AWESOME flying fox, couldn't get them away from here!

A giant swing, we waited for the adults to jump off before we had our turn!

And then we went to watch Kung Fu Panda 2 at the movies.....

The holes, lots of holes, the neighbor said the bunnies are bad round here, it took me a while until I figured out what she meant! its been a long week!!!
