A day spent in the snow, the start of the snow season here in Victoria, hope we can get back up later in the season when the snow is really deep..... in the meantime here's our pics for you to enjoy looking at...

Sewing Updates

A few things on the go in  the sewing department, I'm enjoying my weekly sewing group and try to make the most of those few hours in the shop with my sewing machine (and Matilda).  A slow progress though and many more ideas spinning around in my head, less time dreaming more time doing needs to be the plan. Top pic - a light summer top for myself sleeves to be added, middle picture a lovely summer dress for Matilda, floral print lined with the green material and hat and pants in the strip,and enough material for accessories.  Third picture a few of the bibs backing is white towel material and booties for Tilly of course.

 I have been trying to choose just one or two pics of Matilda from these shots to post here, but couldn't decide which was the cutest, so here they all are, and George makes a brief appearance...taken 3rd Jun..Matilda is taking in the big world around her and doing her very best to communicate with us all, shes chuckling, smiling, laughing, kicking and waving her arms in the air and just had her first taste of baby rice which she devoured with a smile....
